Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You may use ArcadiaVPN only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction and are able to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ArcadiaVPN provides VPN-related functionality intended to help users establish a connection through supported servers. The app may allow you to connect or disconnect, select a supported region or node, and view connection information such as elapsed time, masked exit IP, and traffic statistics.

Service availability, connection speed, supported regions, routing methods, session limits, and underlying providers may change at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, or court orders.
• Infringe the rights of any person or entity.
• Transmit malware, harmful code, spam, or abusive traffic.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, devices, or accounts.
• Interfere with the stability, security, or normal operation of the service.
• Resell, sublicense, or misuse access to ArcadiaVPN without authorization.

4. Access and Device Information

Certain features may rely on technical credentials, server configurations, encrypted connection values, or device-local session identifiers. You are responsible for using the service only for lawful and authorized purposes.

The app may remember selected region information and device-local configuration so it can reconnect consistently on the same device. ArcadiaVPN does not currently require account registration.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The service may display advertising and may rely on third-party VPN or proxy infrastructure, connectivity verification endpoints, advertising providers, websites, email services, and app stores. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their independent content, conduct, or availability.

6. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of ArcadiaVPN at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, provider changes, or operational reasons.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, branding, software, interface, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where law expressly permits, you may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, sell, or create derivative works from the service.

8. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the ArcadiaVPN Privacy Policy, which forms part of your understanding of the service.

9. Disclaimers

ArcadiaVPN is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular connection speed, access to any website or service, uninterrupted access to a specific country or node, or error-free operation.

You are responsible for determining whether use of a VPN is lawful and appropriate for your location, network, workplace, school, carrier, and intended activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlamBin inc and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the service or others face a security risk, or continued access may cause legal or operational harm. You may stop using ArcadiaVPN at any time by disconnecting, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app.

13. Governing Terms

These Terms are governed by laws applicable to the service operator, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted in the app or on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after the update becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
